Panel Installation & Assembly / Testing & Commissioning

We provide panel assembly and installation services to our customer. Our expertise are able to assimilation of multiple technologies/products into an effective solution to cater customer requirement.
Our technical and commissioning team are professionally trained to conduct internal testing at our factory, testing at site and checking to existing and new equipment/system that we supplied.

On-Going Project

  • Supply, install, test and commission digital relay panel, control panel and busbar protection panel, RTCC panel design to incorporate new RTU equipment to existing equipment such as TLCC, MD OLTC, MK Panel, Primary equipment etc.
  • Includes panel modification/retrofit at 8 remote end substations.
  • Supply, install, test and commission new IEC-61850 bay level equipment incorporating digital panel design for control panels, relay panels and WIP.
  • Supply, install, test and commission new substation level equipment such as HMI, SCADA Gateway, Time Server and station level Managed Ethernet Switch.
  • Includes panel modification/retrofit at 3 remote end substations.

Completed Project

  • To supply, install, test and commission new IEC-61850 bay level equipment incorporating digital panel design for control panels, relay panels, WIP and RRTC panels.
  • To supply, install, test and commission new substation level equipment such as HMI, SCADA Gateway, Time Server and station level Managed Ethernet Switch.
  • Includes panel modification/retrofit at 2 remote end substations.
  • Supply of Transformer Differential Relay & Auxiliary relays to TNB grid Division.
  • RTU System configuration work, FAT & SAT for new RTU (SICAM A8000) for 1 x new 33kV consumer Substation c/w total 5 bays (single busbar GIS switchgears) – 2 x Incomer feeder bay, 2 x Outgoing feeder bay & 1 x Bus Section.
  • RTU System configuration work, FAT & SAT for new RTU (SICAM A8000) for 1 x new 33kV consumer Substation c/w total 5 bays (single busbar GIS switchgears) – 2 x Incomer feeder bay, 2 x Outgoing feeder bay & 1 x Bus Section.

  • RTU System configuration work, FAT & SAT for new RTU (SICAM A8000) for 1 x new 33kV consumer Substation c/w total 3 bays (single busbar GIS switchgears) – 2 x Incomer feeder bay & 1 x Outgoing feeder bay.
  • Engineering work including IEC 60870-5-104 and Modbus Protocol Data base setting, Software Interlock setting, Testing and verification for the setting data base for 16 substations.
  • Technical site support for all 16 substations.
  • RTU System configuration work, FAT & SAT for new RTU (SICAM A8000) for 1 x new 33kV consumer Substation c/w total 5 bays (single busbar GIS switchgears) – 2 x Incomer feeder bay, 2 x Outgoing feeder bay & 1 x Bus Section.
